Spicy Gin Margarita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Contemporary London Dry Gin inspired by South America
  • 25 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml agave syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1-2 slices of fresh jalapeño (adjust for spice level)
  • 15 ml triple sec (or Cointreau)
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt for rimming the glass (optional)
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glass: Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim into salt to coat (optional). Set aside.
  2. Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, agave syrup, triple sec, and jalapeño slices. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.

  2. Mix Ingredients: In a shaker, combine South American gin, crème de cacao, fresh orange juice, and agave syrup. Shake well with ice.
